DCA Board Of Directors
Danville Christian Academy is governed by a Board of Directors composed of DCA stakeholders who serve three-year terms. The Board's primary responsibilities include developing policy, providing governance, and guiding the strategic direction of the school.
Board meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and are open to the public. Meeting dates and times are subject to change at the discretion of the Board Chairman or when a majority of Board members are unable to attend.
Individuals wishing to address the Board during a meeting must complete a Request to Speak to the Board form and submit it no later than the Friday preceding the scheduled board meeting. This process helps ensure adequate time is allotted for stakeholder comments and discussion.
Board members also serve on at least one committee, each of which meets monthly. DCA parents and stakeholders are encouraged to participate in committee work and may contact the appropriate committee chairperson if interested in serving.
The Board values open communication with all stakeholders. Board member email addresses are available for those who would like to discuss concerns, ideas, or questions outside of the public meeting forum. We welcome conversation and feedback from our stakeholders at any time as we work together to support the mission and growth of Danville Christian Academy.
