Pre-School

Our DCA Pre-school School staff looks forward to an exciting year with your child. We anticipate teachable moments that will impact each one academically, spiritually, socially, and physically. 

Our hope is that both the parents and students are ready for a memorable experience. Your children become such an important part of our lives, and we look forward to their upcoming pre-school year.

Hands-on/Kid friendly science experiments

  • Engage all 5 senses through learning and fun

Spark interest in reading

  • Author Studies (Kevin Henkes, Jan Brett, etc)

  • Thematic Units (Transportation, Oceans, Solar System)

  • Fingerplays, nursery rhymes, and poetry

Increase students' creativity through music and art

  • Singing, dancing, painting, drawing, and more

Promote positive social interaction skills during learning and play time 

Bring Bible into the classroom through “Purposeful Design”

Support and Nurture an independent spirit

  • Dress oneself, pick up learning/play area items, care of personal belongings
